Welcome to our HP Community forum!

 

It could be that your laptop model either doesn't have TPM 2.0 or cannot be upgraded to TPM 2.0 due to its age.

 

If your laptop is not TPM 2.0 compatible, there are ways to upgrade to Windows 11 anyway, if this is what you have in mind -let me know.

 

However, in order for me to assist you, I need to know what model laptop you are referring to.
