Product: HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0J6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Brand new computer.  Starting to set up.  Got online with it yesterday.  This morning, turned it on, and it worked fine for a few minutes.  Then it said there was an error and it would have to restart.  I turned it back on, entered pin # and it immediately went to a black screen with a box up in the left corner with 3 lines:

It wouldn't do anything else.  I turned it off and then back on and the same thing happened.  Went to HP chat and the guy wouldn't do anything without a photo of the screen so i sent him one.  Then he said to turn off, then hold off and mute for 30 seconds, then turn back on.  Same thing happened.
