Product: hp probook 440 g2

bios is locked and I don't know the password I haven't setup a HP Sparekey either I want the bios to be unlocked please assist me my email is [Personal Information Removed] and I will tell you my serial number on this email ,personally

I also tried the bios password generator but that doesn't work either please help me

For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
