when i try to send a picture to be printed from my phone to printer it says blocked. but its not

When sending a picture to be printed from my android to my hp deskjet printer 2700 it wont print, it says blocked. although the printer is not blocked because it will print off info pages just fine. how do i fix this??? please can someone help me
