Product: HP Notebook - 17-x173dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

won't start up.  get a HP screen saying to run diagonistics.  done that, all hardware passed.  Is this a software problem??

what can I do??

(1) Please reinstall your operating system !

You need (another Windows computer) to prepare bootable <USB flash drive>

 An unused or empty USB flash drive with at least 32 GB storage capacity is required.
