Product: HP 255 G6 NOTEBOOK PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

 

The  HP 255 G6  I am looking at can boot to the OS with no issues but when you try and use a function key to boot to something (i.e. bios, start up check and network boot) it hangs on the loading screen. Tried basic things like static discharge but still the same issue.

I am still waiting for advice. I have had the laptop sitting on a black page with "F2...Startup check" at the bottom for an entire day now
