Dear HP members,
My HP laptop OMEN 17 giving battery errors and it's now compeletely dead. I give my laptop HP General Turkey Service - BDH. You may see their report below in the picture. It's says that they can't supply FM08 - 12pin battery and they returned my laptop back without repairing/replacing battery parts. I want your assintance because I purchased this laptop in 2020 and HP service can't supply me the battery right now. How it's possible for 3 years old laptop. I don't want to use fake equal products in market. So that I'm requesting your valuable reply & assistance for supplying related battery as orginal HP.

I checked: fact remains that HP does not sell or stock batteries for your OMEN by HP - 17-an109nt (5QU81EA) anymore.
The battery's part number is: 922976-855 "Assembly-battery 8C 82Whr 2.8Ah LI FM08", and you can purchase a perfectly fine FM08 replacement battery online, such as here: https://turkey.desertcart.com/search/922976-855.
