Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

Chapter 1 has the supported drive types.

If your notebook has a M.2 slot according to the manual, the slot supports both SATA and NVMe SSD's.

Before buying a M.2 SSD, I recommend you open the notebook and make sure the M.2 slot is there.

On some models that only have a 2.5" hard drive such as yours, the M.2 slot is not there.

If your notebook has a M.2 slot, the slot supports BOTH SATA and NVMe SSD's.
