Привет! можно ли обновить (увеличить) оперативную память на моем ультрабуке? с 8 ГБ до 16ГБ ?

Unfortunately, that would not be possible.

It comes with 8 GB of onboard memory.

'Onboard' means that the memory your notebook has is soldered to the motherboard and cannot be removed.

Motherboards in that model series come with either 4 GB or 8 GB of memory.

See chapter 3 of the service manual for the list of supported motherboards.

Your notebook comes configured with the maximum amount of memory that HP offered in that model series.
