Hello,
The test found a problem with the battery and it may need to be replaced.
To solve this issue, please replace the battery of your laptop.
The HP part number for your computer battery is: 849911-850.
You can also take the HP part number (Replace with HP Spare) found on the battery.
Example HP part number (Replace with HP Spare):
