HP 250 G6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My games are running in 1 fps only, they used to run good before but now they don't, I have updated my drivers, I reinstalled my windows, I cleaned the insides of the laptop, I changed power plans, I tried to do some tweaks from the internet but nothing seems to be working. For example when I opened League of Legends for the first time the game was running in 1 fps only, while in the game i accessed task manager and i terminated the lol proccess when i did  that the client started back again and the game is working fine, When i try to play WWE2K16 or Outlast 2 the issue persists and i can't seem to do anything about it, ONLY 1 FPS IN GAMEPLAY, I have played this games before and they were running fine above 30 fps. But one thing i started to notice is that the cpu fan just stops when I am trying to play the games. The odd thing is that this problem happens only in the new games like 2014 above. If this helps my specs are:

Intel I5 7200u

Intel hd 620

4gb ram ddr4

I hope i can fix this with your help. Thank you!

When you reinstalled Windows, I'm guess you did not (1) save off the HP drivers for reloading later and (2) ensure that you used an HP OEM version of Windows. Right?

So basically NOW, your laptop no longer has the HP proprietary drivers it needs for the hardware to perform properly.

You should read the info below about creating HP Recovery Media and use ONLY THAT to reinstall Windows properly:

If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.

The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.
