Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

With each windows update or 2-3 months of use,  laptop slows down and screen freezes muktiple times. Task manager shows 100% disk usage and after cleaning temp files, disabling superfetch windows search changing virtual memory and optimising after chkdisc it sometimes. works sometimes. not.

CAN anyone give me any permanent solution. Is Ram upgrade could do anything for this?  All unnecessary uninstalled and removed yet disk shows 100% with nothing in background. The driver for SSHD is of 2006 , could this be the issue?

Can someone help me regarding this.

pavillon x360 ba075tx is an invalid model/product. Normally HDD would spin itself to dead due to RAM too small it has to swap in/out to slow HDD. One easy fix: install more RAM (if allowed) or replace slow HDD with faster SSD.

I need to know what is your machine to be able to help.

Regards.

4gb ddr4 2133mhz ram

Disk in task manager shows 100% with main processes  being windows defence which is not allowed to end even with adminstrator account.  Although I have disabled real time protection. Checked digital signature too it shows original Microsoft so not sure about malware.  Thinking of upgrading to 8gb in total . Is there any way to stop it from happening again and again as I found many users having same issue with even 32 gb ram.
