Product: 13 inch hp envy x360 ryzen 5 2500u

Hello,

is it possible to upgrade Ram from 8 to 16 for 13 inch hp envy x360 ryzen 5 2500u, is there another slot to add extra ram? Or is it integrated already and not upgradable?

HP Recommended

We need the full model number. Most likely there are two slots and max memory is 32 gigs but we want to be sure that is true specifically for you.
