13 keys didn't work in Windows 10 and Windows11 upgrade had no impact.
Ran HP keyboard test, result below. 8 white keys on left sometime work (rare) but 5 on right now never work, but they too started out being intermittent.
Also shut PC down & restarted using Esc key to access menu before Windows11 loads but RETURN key still didn't function.
Need keyboard replaced (using external keyboard and touch keyboard on screen). How do I order a new keyboard (no longer on warrantee).
