Hi All,
I've misplaced my charger for my 14-3010TU Envy 14 laptop, Australian version.
I'm trying to find a replacement charger and thought it would use a 4.8x1.7mm tip based on the research I have done. I've tried one of these tips from another charger I have however it appears too large and doesn't fit. It appears to be a 4.0x1.7mm tip, which I have found some information on suggested some 14-3010TU models used this tip. Unfortunately I can't find any availability for a 4.0x1.7mm tip charger in Australia. Does anyone know a solution here or have further information which may assist in finding the right charger for the 14-3010TU.
Thanks.

Hi
Make, Model and OS please.
SKU: if possible by this method
WinKey + R and type
msinfo32
Read Line 9
System SKU: N6K07EA#ABU
Please do not post Serial Numbers.
IF it turns out to be a B0P02A then..
http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?type=PROD&SearchText=B0P02PA
Making all the right noises..
490371-011 Power cord (Black) - 3-wire conductor, 18 AWG, 1.8m (6.0ft) long - Has straight (F) C5 receptacle (Australia)
so maybe this the part...
693716-001 Smart AC travel adapter (65 watt) - Non-power factor correcting (NPFC) - Requires separate 3-wire AC power cord with C5 connector and separate DC adapter cable
Piccy here....

Looks like HP DO NOT HAVE the cable, else https://duckduckgo.com/?q=hp+693716-001&t=brave&ia=shopping
So maybe an after-market re-seller.
If in doubt please ask.

Thanks lil_boy_blue,
Yes the number is B0P02A.
It appears I can get the charger here, noting it does seem to be quite rare and on hence on the expensive side.
Does this look like the right one?
Thanks,
Kai
