Hi,

I received a charge of $14.99 on my credit card labeled HP. I tried to **bleep** but nobody would pickup and I do not have time to wait on the phone for hours. Here is a screenshot. How do I dispute this??

Dispute it with the credit card issuer.

@Katiebarrow

I know some vendors charge 0.5% (some more, some less) to cover transaction cost. Some other vendors don't charge customers DIRECTLY and they include on the price. A bank may issue a card for you but ending up they have to pay VISA, MasterCard, Amex .... for the services. Otherwise system won't work.

Hope this makes sense.

Regards.

This is about outlook I think, under HP name. I have been on hold for like an hour with my credit card company. They have been charging me for this subscription, I guess my fault,
