Common problems for Battery

When purchased I was told that I could not upgrade my storage but I could expand with a SATA 2.5. The manual also shows the procedure and an adapter is available and has been purchased but the HDD port is missing. What other boards are compatible with the 14 DF0018wm (celeron). With 64GB eMMC it is a streaming computer, hardly a usable "Notebook" as a notebook in any sense is used to store information.

Page 2 says ONLY  Intel Core processor machines support dual storage. Your machine does NOT have that option therefore the HDD port is missing. You were told that.

As I said, I was told by the sales agent at Best Buys that expansion is supported and apparently did not see the "disclaimer" in the user guide. Thanks for helping with the actual question of what other board is compatible with the chassis. This is incredibly similar to the phone "support" provided by HP and I will know better than to consider HP products in the future. If I had waited to make my purchase I would have seen the terrible reviews of this device and made a more informed decision.

Regards.....
