Hi:

 

Unfortunately, you are going to have to open it up and check if the memory can be upgraded at all.

 

Below is the link to the service manual.   Chapter 1 indicates the memory comes preconfigured as 8 or 16 GB nonupgradeable, onboard system memory.

But chapter 5, page 49, shows a procedure for removing and replacing the memory, and that they have part numbers for 16 GB memory modules which means you could install 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 memory if it is indeed removable.

 

The crucial memory report for a similar model indicates that it has two memory slots and can take 2 x 16 GB of memory.
