Hello, can anyone tell me if upgrades are available for my laptop? I know the RAM is replaceable but how about the CPU and a lit key board?

I am not a computer wiz by any means, just looking to speed this thing up! I got a good deal on it so I would like to see if i should upgrade, if available, or just buy a new laptop. I don't game, just stream and some work stuff, run Adobe Premiere to make work vids, that kind of stuff.

Any help would be appreciated!

Upgrade won't help because out machine is too weak.
