Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The specs say up to 8GB memory, but Crucial lists 16GB.  Which is correct?

Crucial is very reliable. They test laptops and it is obviously in their interest to sell you the most memory they can but they also stand behind it so lose money if they are wrong. Also the Manual says 8 gigs is the max but it says it can take 1 x 8 gig module and there are 2 slots. So it should be able to take an 8 gig in each slot. Others have reported success with 2 x 8 gigs here on the Forum in that series with AMD processor.
