You would need these additional parts plus a hard drive or SSD:

(5) Hard drive bracket L20455-001
(6) Hard drive connector board L20454-001

These parts are just about impossible to find and expensive if you can. You want to keep the original 128 gig SATA M.2 but I am telling you your best and cheapest option is to remove it and clone its contents over to a new 512gb or better PCIe/NVME M.2 SSD such as a Samsung 970 Evo or Evo Plus.

Post back to discuss if you wish and if you insist on moving forward with the original plan we will try to help or we can help you to upgrade to a drive that will be 4 times bigger and 5 times faster than what you have, all the while keeping the same software, files and apps.

Of course! I'm interested, I just do not have a high budget, between 150 to 200 dollars for now, but I would like to hear the options, to think if I should wait for more.   the pieces that you mention to me, I find them in 40 dollars, I am interested in a storage of 1TB, thank you very much for your help

You can get a 1 TB NVME M.2 now for much less than $150:

https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-1TB-NAND-NVMe-PCIe/dp/B07J2Q4SWZ/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=1TB+M.2+nvme&qid...

But if you can get the bracket and board for $40 you can get a 1 TB HDD for like $50 and do the whole prject for under $100.

Yes, I think your proposal is better, to spend 40 dollars in parts, I prefer to spend it on disk, I also understand that the cheapest proposal is less efficient.
now I will search according to my budget, what range of specifications I should look for and in terms of brand differences what options I should look for, excuse so many questions, but I really have little knowledge, of course I see that the crucial option has read and write ranges of 2,000 / 1700 MB
After your recommendations, I will look for my best option and when I have it I will go back to the installation and configuration process.
many thanks in advance

Not really understanding. Are you going to do the hard drive and new parts or the NVME M.2 SSD?

HP Recommended

Nvme m.2 Your option is the best

I'm interested in brands that I can recommend and what features should I look for?

look this

I have not used that specific one. I have a Samsung 970 Evo in my laptop and I get

Fresh CrystalDisk on my laptopFresh CrystalDisk on my laptop

The Samsung 970 Evo and Evo Plus tend to be a bit more expensive but the best performers in the consumer class.

I want to resume the post that for problems leave, my doubt is that there are several storage configurations for my computer that use different types of disk, I can replace my ssd sata 128gb for a new 512gb or better PCIe / NVME M.2 SSD, there are no peoblems with the connector or drive interface

Thanks
