Hello. I want to upgrade ram on my hp 15-da0061ur, because it's impossible to work (4gb by default). I very need to know what is the maximum ram capacity: 8 or 16 GB?

The specs of your machine is

It has Intel® Pentium® Silver N5000 (1.1 GHz base frequency, up to 2.7 GHz burst frequency, 4 MB cache, 4 cores) therefore it only has 1 slot of RAM and supports 8GB max.
You have to remove 4GB stick and add 8GB tick using compatible RAM. For example
