HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-dh0107tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-dh0107tu. It has been out of its 1 year warranty for hardly 15 days.
Some keys on keyboard have stopped working. I have tried all options of driver update, system restore and other troubleshooting options except opening the system and reseating the cable.
Trying to find the spare part for keyboard on HP website, either most of the parts are in backlog or have been discontinued by the manufacturer. This is strange considering the system is hardly a year old and even for an EOL system (considering the model went EOL as soon as I bought it) the spares are supposed to be available for at least a couple of years.
What are my options here except going for non genuine parts from grey market?

Hi @Nitin76

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
