Hello everyone and Excuse me.
The laptot pavilion 15-db0011ns comes with 8gb, but the user manual indicates it can handle up to 16 Gb. I guess they are 2x4gb. Can you please indicate me an amazon (or similar) ling with the compatible 8 GB ramm modules? (cheapest are welcomed)
Also it comes with a standard 1 TB HDD. Is it possible to add an M.2 nvme disk.Is samsung 970 compatible? if not please can you give a list or a sugerence?
kind regards

Hi,
Your PC will actually support max 32GB of DDR4 2400Mhz RAM (2x16GB) even if service manual mentions 16GB. There are two slots and at the moment you have 2x4GB. You can buy from your preferred brand such as Crucial, Samsung ,,,
Example:
You can use an M2 SATA3 SSD or a much faster M2 PCIe NVMe SSD such as M2 WD Black or similar:
Example:
Hope it helps,
David
Please clcik on thumbs up for thanks

Sorry, won't you know how to change the video shared memory from 512 mb (default) to 2gb? I have an asus desktop ryzen and it is easy to change in bios, but it seems hp disabled this in its customized bios (why?). I have heard that can be done using regedit
