Product: HP 15s-eq1000 Laptop PC (8WQ35AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Purchased a j5Create docking station with usb-c charger. Prior to purchasing i, I searched the web (by model number) to make sure my laptop was capable of usb-c charging. All answers were "yes". I cannot for the life of me get the laptop to charge via usb-c. Any suggestions? Thanks,

The model you indicate , does not support Power Delivery cannot use the USB-C port for charging.

External I/O Ports1 USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate (supports data transfer only and does not support charging or external monitors); 2 USB Type-A 5Gbps signaling rate; 1 AC smart pin; 1 HDMI 1.4b; 1 headphone/microphone combo
