15-p100dx i7 (i7-4510U)  what is maximum RAM memory it can support and which type specifically . Also apart from SSD are there any upgrades i can do on this laptop?. Thank you!

Hi:

 

You can install 2 x 8 GB of DDR3L-1600 memory in your notebook.

 

This would be a compatible 8 GB memory chip.

 

Crucial 8GB DDR3L-1600 SODIMM | CT102464BF160B | Crucial.com

 

Nothing else can be upgraded other than replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SSD.

 

Below is the link to the service manual.  The 12 GB max memory spec shown in chapter 1 is incorrect.
