"Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer (Code 45). To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer."
- Compatibility & Whitelist: Does the HP 15-r062tu have a BIOS whitelist lock? Will a generic Mini PCIe card work, or do I need an official HP spare part number?
- Antenna Setup: I understand this laptop series might only have one physical internal antenna wire. If I upgrade to a dual-band card (like the Intel AC-7260HMW or a Realtek module), which specific card model or HP Part Number will allow both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to function properly over a single antenna configuration? [1]
- Recommended Upgrade Part: What is the best recommended, highly stable dual-band replacement part number for my specific model?

Hi:
I suggest you replace the Ralink card with this single band card where the Bluetooth will work on W10 with a single antenna wire.
Realtek RT8723BE 802.11bgn 1×1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 Combo Adapter HP part # 753077-001
It is not worth the trouble trying to take your notebook completely apart to install the second antenna wire, and there is no dual band HMC form factor card where the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth will work with just one antenna wire.
However, that is just my opinion, so if you want to add a second antenna wire, I have attached the service manual below.
Chapter 3, page 20 has the antenna kit part number dependent upon whether or not your notebook has a touch screen.
With two antenna wires, your notebook should support the following two cards:
Broadcom BCM4352 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo HP part # 724935-001
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + BT 4.0 HP part # 710661-001
You could also skip doing any work and just purchase an up-to-date USB Bluetooth 5.3/5.4 adapter.
