HP Recommended

I recently plugged in my HP Envy x360, model number 15t-cn100, into an HP usb-c charger.  When I did, there was a quick "pop" and my computer completely shut off.  Now, it will not turn back on.  The port smells slightly burnt as well.

I removed the bottom cover, disconnected the battery, attempted a hard restart by holding the power button down for at least 30 seconds, replaced the cover, plugged into the AC charger (not usb-c) and it still won't turn on.
