hi, please suggest me exact links for changing hdd with ssd (also give me supported third party ssd manufacturers links) for
envy15t-q100. also give me what kind of ssds can be installed my particular model
also give me links to change my display full HD (also give me supported third party manufacturers links)
my laptop default battery is 4400mah but most third party manufacturers are giving 4800-5200mah but with same voltages- if i purchase them does it cause any problem to my pc. (links for this part along with third party manufacturers are well appreciated)..

15t-q100 is not the full model number which we need but I will do my best from the info you have given.
See pages 38-40. The only type of SSD you can install is going to be a 2.5 inch SATA kind and there are hundreds of those on the market. Samsung Evo 860 is the best, not the cheapest, and SSD prices in general have fallen recently:
As long as you get a battery compatible with the HP part number you will be fine:
6-cell, 62-Wh, 2.80-Ah, Li-ion battery 710417-001
This is the HP FHD screen:
15.6-in, BrightView, FHD, LED, non-TouchScreen display panel 720557-001
The Manual only lists one cable so apparently the FHD can just be dropped in to replace the HD screen and it will work.
Post back with any other questions and please accept as solution if its the info you needed.

Any of the three SSDs will work. You can shop for the best price. I did not so not surprised you can find it cheaper. Your laptop takes DDR3L-1600 SO-DIMM not DDR4. You need no extra mounting hardware the 2.5 inch SSD is the same externally as the hard drive so the hard drive hardware also works for this kind of SSD.
Please accept as solution if you got the info you needed.
