RAM upgrade is available or laptop is trashed?

Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates that the memory is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

Notebooks in the 16-ag0xxx model series come configured with either 8 GB or 16 GB of onboard memory.

That means this laptop is not recommend for multitasking such Microsoft Office (Power point and Visio processing) ?

According to the information you posted, the notebook might not run efficiently with 8 GB of memory beyond performing basic tasks.

 

I only use MS Word and Excel, and 8 GB of memory is fine for what I use it for.

I just created an HP account to be able to tell you how immensely stupid it is to put only 8gb of RAM on a computer that has a Ryzen 7 8th Gen inside and have no possibility of upgrade it, You're genually selling trash.
