i upgrade ram to 16GB-3200 but appear 16GB 2133. what should i do to active 3200?

Note: my default Ram was 4GB-2133.

Model: HP 15-da0064nia.

Your CPU is i3-7020U and it uses 2133 speed memory

There is nothing wrong with putting in faster memory.  Frequently it is cheaper than the older memory which can be hard to find even used.

You can upgrade to 32gb and you could replace your HDD with an SSD

the CPU is soldered to  the motherboard and cannot be replaced.
