HP Envy x360 Convertible 15-cp0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Are 16GB RAM Sticks (like this one: https://www.amazon.com/Timetec-Performance-Unbuffered-High-Performance-Compatible/dp/B07QN89MR5/ref=... ) supported on the HP Envy x360 Convertible 15-cp0xxx laptop? Also, which type of memory is on this computer and what would a good 1TB memory upgrade be?

What is your HP Envy x360 Convertible 15-cp0xxx ? Those RAM sticks are for desktop machines, not for laptops/notebooks. Laptops/notebooks use different physical sticks. Again, what is your machine, one example HP ENVY x360 15-cp0005au

I think you are talking about storage, not memory. I don't know what it is therefore I can't answer your question.

@Banhien

I'm pretty sure I meant storage, not memory.  Also, just checked from the retailer, they said 15-cp0053cl (https://www.costco.com/hp-envy-x360-15.6%22-touchscreen-2-in-1-laptop---amd-ryzen-5---1080p---hp-dig... ). I looked in Windows settings and there's info in there :

.

For storage, what kind of drive does this computer use? Also, how could I replace it with a different drive and are there any compatible different ones that have 1TB of storage?

Thanks!

Thanks for posting back. Its specs

    https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06265175

It currently has 256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD of storage and 8 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB) of RAM (or memory) on one slot.

1. RAM: you can add 8GB more to get 16GB (max) using the following RAM stick (you can see its size and shape)

        https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/envy-x360-15-cp0053cl/CT15531022

2. For storage: You have 2 options

   (a) Replace existing 256GB with larger (capacity) M.2 SSD such as Crucial P1 or Samsung 970 EVO series, for example

           https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/envy-x360-15-cp0053cl/CT15530980

   (b) Add 1TB or 2TB normal 2.5" HDD or SSD to its HDD bay/slot, but you need 2 more parts

        - The hard drive cable is available using spare part number L21894-001.

        - The hard drive rubber sleeve is available using spare part number L20103-001

The only problem is: very hard to find 2 parts above because they are very new.
