But its never formated

II ALSO GOT THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY HP V220W 64GB PENDRIVE I USED THIS CMD COMMAND MANY TIMES BUT NOTHING WAS DONE THE PENDRIVE REMAINED THE SAME
