Product: 17-bs025ds
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm helping a friend whose laptop (Model #17-bs025ds) is extremely slow.  I want to add additional memory to it.  Does anyone know how many memory slots the 17-bs025ds has and what the maximum memory it will take.  I was told by a vendor that it has 2 sockets.  But I am only seeing one when I take the back cover off.  Am I blind?

It is a low end machine, its specs

It has ONE slot of RAM and supports 8GB max. It has 4GB now, you can replace 1x4GB with 1x8GB using
