Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought an HP  17-ca0314ng and want to upgrade the RAM to 16gb and the M.2 SSD to 1TB how do I know which of these it is possible to upgrade and what I would need to get to upgrade them (RAM and SSD specs etc)?

I have tried looking up specs for the mainboard (84d0) but cannot find anything online.

No, HP uses part # for System board of your machine and (84d0) is not a part #.

1. RAM: You can upgrade to 16GB of RAM by adding using SAME 8GB to slot 2 or using following compatible RAM

https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct8g4sfs824a/ct14044840        (RAM will run at 1866MHz)

2. Storage: It has 256 GB M.2 SSD which is M.2 SATA HDD. You can upgrade to 1TB using standard M.2 SATA SSD or the following compatible drive

             https://www.crucial.com/ssd/mx500/ct1000mx500ssd4/ct14044808

Regards.
