Product: HP 17-cn2083dx

I purchased this laptop HP 17-cn2083dx, booted it up put in a password, hooked up one drive, stepped away for a bit, came back to the laptop to find that it no longer boots up no matter what I do. I have tried every option given to me on the internet with no result. Doesn't reset, nothing. I wanted to stay with HP but, this is so bad for me right now.
