I cannot confirm 4K support.
Look up the specs for the graphics adapters the notebooks come with on the Intel or AMD websites as applicable.

17z-CP300 - AMD Ryzen™ 5 7530U Hexa-Core (2.0 GHz, up to 4.5 GHz, 16 MB L3 cache, 6 cores, 12 Threads) + AMD Radeon™ Graphics
They all supposedly support 4K but I know there are some HP laptops with same or similar graphics cards and their HDMIs don't support 4K.
