Product: 17t-cn300 Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I actually received the above notebook yesterday.  Can RAM be upgraded on 17t-cn300 or is the existing RAM soldered? Is the battery replaceable?  Thanks

HP Recommended

The memory can be upgraded and the internal battery can be replaced.

 

Depending on what model processor the PC comes with, there are one or two memory slots.

 

The PC's with Intel core processors have two memory slots and there are some models with certain Intel Celeron and Pentium processors that only have one memory slot.

HP only has the service manual for the original model series available.

Thanks so much, Paul.  I was afraid that it couldn't be upgraded.  The specs did not indicate upgradeable so I assumed the RAM was soldered.  Also, could not find the manual to save my life.  I appreciate the link for the manual.
