Hi,trying to repair my Mum's Laptop, the issue is 1QAZ keys don't function at all,I've tried reinstalling the driver and also ran diagnostics,as a last resort I've replaced the complete keyboard/touchpad, still have the same issue, all keys work on the on screen keyboard and everything else works fine on the Laptop.
