I'm trying to replace the m.2 SSD with a 2.5' one but I understand a model specific cable/adaptor is required.
Can anyone tell which cable this is as I'm lost.
Thanks

It does not make any sense at all. Normally we replace HDD to get a better performance but is your case you wish to get a slower disk.
By the way, your machine supports dual storage with M.2 SSD + 2.5" HDD. It has 128 GB M.2 SSD (SATA) now, you can add 2.5" HDD/SSD to your machine using standard 2.5" SSD's on market today, for example

You also need one of the following 2 parts:
- Hard drive cover for use in models without a fingerprint reader part # L51121-001
- Hard drive cover for use in models with a fingerprint reader part # L51122-001
Please use page37 of the following manual for more information (how to install HDD).
