Wish I had better news, Dan but all is not lost. HP does not have these parts and neither can I find them on eBay or amazon using the part numbers. However, you are not the first to ask about this and there is an old thread that got a fair amount of traffic where other users claim to have successfully used parts from another similar HP laptop that are actually available to buy.
The rubber sleeve is easy. You can use almost any HP notebook rubber sleeve and you may just have to trim it a bit with an Xacto knife. The cable is a must-have but this thread (link above) lists some parts claimed to work.
