Hello, 

 

The purchase included 2 year warranty care pack, however when I registered the laptop, it only showed 1 year warrant care pack. When I reached out to Sam's Club support, they confirmed it was supposed to be a 2 year warranty care pack through HP, but there seems to be a disconnect between the two companies, anyone know how I might be able to reach out to someone at HP to dispute the 1 year warrant they show? ("Dispute Warranty" doesn't show up in the warranty check page)
