2 month old HP 15s drains battery too fast

HI everyone, i have a 2 month old HP 15s. Battery drains too fast, i only get 3 hours of youtube playback just to test. Is this normal, specs advertised says up to 11hours. I can accept the "up to" clause but the 3 hours is too farfetched from the advertised 11 hours of playback. If I work on a full scale, I not only have youtube on but multiple tabs on chrome. Ive disabled all I can on the background apps, but still 3 hours less. I've also lowered brightness, but bec I'm nearsighted I need to have brighter screen, so it's just not acceptable to lower the brightness so I can compensate the battery. I'd like to get this replaced.
