Product: HP ENVY 16 inch Laptop PC 16-h1000 (754F6AV)
I have just purchased a new laptop – specifications below:
HP ENVY Laptop 16-h1000ni
13th Gen Intel Core i7-13700H up to 5.00GHz Processor, 24MB Cache, 14x Cores, 20x Threads
32GB DDR5 RAM
2TB Ultra-Fast NVMe SSD
16" 2.8K (2880 x 1800) OLED Micro-edge 120Hz Display with touch screen
NVIDIA 40 Series GeForce RTX 4060 8GB GDDR6 Dedicated Graphics Card
The laptop came with a 200 W Smart AC power adapter and I need to get an additional one for the office, but I cannot find one online in your store. Please can you advise where I can get a secondary power adapter or whether you can order it in for me?
