HP ProBook 450 G6 Notebook PC IDS Base Model

Good day all, I got a Romoss 20000mah power bank a while back, the power bank works because it charges everything in my house, except my HP laptop. I have the HP ProBook 450 G6, and I have tried all the different cables i can get my hands on, and buy, and nothing works. Does anyone have any advise for me.

thank you

@FrancoisC

What is the wattage rating for your Power bank ? From the following information its max is 18W.

Your machine requires at least 45W

Therefore it does not have enough power to charge your machine when in use.  It may charge your machine when off.

Regards.

Good day Banhien, thank you for your reply, I have an idea that is the problem. I will get a bigger power bank. All the staff where I work got that Romoss one for free.
