Good day all, I got a Romoss 20000mah power bank a while back, the power bank works because it charges everything in my house, except my HP laptop. I have the HP ProBook 450 G6, and I have tried all the different cables i can get my hands on, and buy, and nothing works. Does anyone have any advise for me.
thank you

What is the wattage rating for your Power bank ? From the following information its max is 18W.
https://www.amazon.com.au/20000mAh-ROMOSS-Portable-Batteries-Indicator/dp/B07B8XCK6D
Your machine requires at least 45W
https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c06191146#AbT12
Therefore it does not have enough power to charge your machine when in use. It may charge your machine when off.
Regards.
