HP does not sell spare adapters directly to consumers in most regions, which is why the "purchase request" route tends to go nowhere... Before you buy anything, confirm two things on the label of your current adapter: the wattage (150W and 200W both ship on Victus units depending on the GPU) and the connector. The 200W HP brick is 19.5V / 10.3A with a 4.5 × 3.0 mm blue-pin barrel. Using a 150W unit on a machine specified for 200W will run, but the GPU will throttle under load and the adapter will run hot. The original part is widely available through spare-parts channels rather than HP retail,  search for the HP 200W 4.5×3.0 blue pin adapter and match the part number printed on your old one.
