Product: HP ENVY Laptop PC 17t-cg100 CTO

I have had this laptop for less than 4 months.  Nearly $1300...and I just received a new battery charger because my battery wasn't charging.  It is STILL not charging and I've had it plugged in all day.  T I was on the phone for nearly 4 hours just to order a new charger.  The person got into my laptop and did his diagnostics, put me on ignore forever, then FINALLY ordered the new charger.  The issue continues, and I don't have 4 hours to waste on the phone again.  his is ridiculous.  I want this resolved, or I want a new laptop.
