Folio 9480m
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello there,

I want to upgrade my elitebook folio 9480m.

I choose Transcend 2242 size 512 gb m.2 SATA3.

Is it okay? Is the laptop support 512 gb ssd?

I did say good choice.

It will work. HP just didn't sell them with the larger M.2 SSD as that would have been a pricey option back when it was sold.

The 2242 footprint and the interface of the  Transcend SSD match the specifications required for your Folio 9480m ultrabook.

Good choice!

Here is the link to the Maintenance & Service guide where the specification is published. See pages 1 (Product description) and 35.
