Hi,
What CPU is in the machine you want to buy. I would not purchase with AMD E2-9000e APU as it will not give you any performance.
Upgrading RAM and drives is an accepted practice and will not void the warranty unless you break something during the upgrade.
On page 43 of the service manual, you can see the steps to upgrade RAM

Hope it helps,
David

it has an amd a9-9425 3.1ghz with r5 graphics..
i know how to open a laptop and change rams.. but this laptop doesnt have a small lid with 2 screws you just open and put a new ram.. in this laptop you have to unscrew the whole back cover.. and in the shop i want to buy it they told me they cannot put a new ram and if i do, most definetely i will lose guarantee
