Pavilion 15-bc017nt
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,
Yesterday I opened up my notebook in order to clean it up but I did notice my second fan is not working.
When i turn on the computer it starts to spin and few seconds later stops meanwhile other fan keeps spinning.

My warranty has expired, I'd like to change my fan if neccessary.
Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

Model: Pavilion 15-bc017nt

  • Does the computer overheat up?

Thanks for answering.

  • I did check all connectors.
  • I am able to use my computer, though did not try to play a game or such because am afraid to cause a processor damage.
  • No overheat was detected by me yet.

It's most likely a hardware related issue. I'm going to apply to HP technical support. Thanks again.
